Reach us

Everything goes through hello@outfame.lol. If you are listed and want out, the fastest route is the report form on your own listing page (reason: "remove me") — it lands in the same queue, with the listing already attached.

Complaints about a payment or a listing

Write to hello@outfame.lol with the listing link and, for payments, the email you used at checkout or the Stripe receipt number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and answer within 30 calendar days. If you are a consumer in Romania and we cannot settle it directly, you may take it to ANPC's alternative dispute resolution (SAL) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro; participation follows the SAL procedure rules. See the Terms for what a payment buys and why bids are final.

Not the other Outfames

outfame.lol is operated by ROMVALOR SRL and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other business using the "Outfame" name — including the operators of outfame.com, outfame.social and outfame.ai. We offer no follower-growth, scheduling, content or social-media-management services: outfame.lol is a paid leaderboard, nothing else.

Reports about a listing

Impersonation, an unauthorized listing, wrong country, a profile to add, or a removal request: use the report form at the bottom of that listing's page. Reports are anonymous, reviewed by hand, and we aim to act within 48 hours. Nothing in the form changes a listing on its own.
